I ordered from lindt.co.uk and, to be fair, the chocolates were lovely once they finally turned up. I was really looking forward to them, so the slower delivery made me a bit impatient and took some of the excitement out of it.

It wasn’t a disaster or anything, just mildly frustrating because I’d expected them to arrive sooner. The packaging was fine and everything came in good condition, so I’d say 3 stars feels about right

This chocolate is so smooth and rich every time. I’m not overreacting, obviously, but it tastes properly nice and I may or may not keep going back for more.

I signed up for the Lindt subscription a couple of months back, and it’s been a smooth thing so far. The box shows up when it’s meant to, the chocolate is packed properly, and I haven’t had any smashed pieces or weird melted mess, so that’s a win.
I did have to move my delivery date once because I was away for the weekend, and that was easy enough. Nothing complicated, just changed it and it got sorted. I also emailed them with a quick question and got a reply fast, so no complaints there.

It’s basically just a nice little treat that turns up each month without me having to think about it. Not much more to it really, but that’s kind of the point. I’m happy with it and I’ll keep it going for now

Got this as a gift and it looked great on arrival. Well packed, tidy box, no hassle. Mum loved it.

The chocolate itself was totally fine. Yum. But the delivery wasn’t the best. Tracking barely updated, which was frustrating, and the parcel showed up a day late. Annoying. Not a terrible experience overall, just something that could definitely be improved.

There’s definitely a great selection and plenty to browse through. I’m just not totally sure the quality is consistent across everything, but it’s nice having so many options.

My first impression was really positive because the chocolate I managed to get was genuinely good. The only downside was that a few of the ones I really wanted to try were already out of stock when I went to order, which was a bit disappointing.

The return process was easy, but the refund didn’t show up right away. It took a few days, which was a little annoying, but everything worked out in the end.

The customer service was alright overall, but they were slow getting back to me. They did fix the issue in the end, so that was good, but I felt like I had to keep chasing for updates. I was kind of left wondering what was going on?? Not terrible, just could’ve been a smoother experience

I really do like the chocolate, and the delivery was totally fine with no issues. It feels like a nice little treat when it arrives. Then suddenly I look at the price and think, hang on, am I buying chocolate or tiny gold bars? I’ll usually only order when there’s a deal on, because at full price it’s a bit hard to justify.

I ordered from lindt.co.uk thinking the chocolate would be really nice and fresh, but a couple of the bars tasted a bit stale and had that “old chocolate” smell. They were still edible, but not what I was hoping for. Delivery was fine, no issues there, but the freshness was disappointing for the price.

The chocolate itself was really nice, just what I expected. But the box showed up a bit squashed, and one corner was torn, which was kind of embarrassing since I’d bought it as a gift. Nothing was missing or damaged inside, thankfully, but it looked messy enough that I felt a little awkward handing it over. I’d probably order it again, but I really hope the packaging is improved

Everything showed up just as expected, with nothing missing or mixed up. I’ve had issues with other companies leaving out small parts or sending the wrong item, so it was nice to have this order be simple and hassle-free.
